If you need to request a fit note, you can easily do so through the NHS App. Simply follow these steps:

• Log in to the NHS App.
• Select 'Contact your GP' from the options.
• Send a message requesting a fit note, providing details about your illness and the dates you need covered.

3. Send a message requesting a fit note, providing details about your illness and the dates you need covered.
