Disabled Facilities

Most patient facilities are located on the ground floor, with wide door access and toilet facilities for patients with wheelchairs. A lift is available to the first floor facilities.  Our surgery has automated entrance doors, low level reception desks and we have dedicated disabled parking bays. There are wheelchairs available for any patient who has difficulty in walking. A portable induction loop is available to enable hearing aid wearers to hear speech clearly with little or no background noise. We try to ensure fair and suitable access to our services whatever a person’s disability.  All signage is written in clear print format as well as Braille

If you have a specific disability that our current facilities are unable to meet, please let our Duty Manager know so that we can try to overcome this.
